The primary focus of Carlson Gracie Sheen is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This highly effective martial art was created by Carlos Gracie in the early 20th century from the teaching of Judo master Mitsuo Maeda and was developed into a fighting style that stands head and shoulders above all others.

All of our kids instructor are DBS checked, Child protection trained and first aid qualified.
BJJ is a great way for kids to have fun whilst getting fit and learning to defend themselves. With regular gradings (free for members) and great instruction, we will ensure your kids are working hard to improve and progress.
WRESTLING
One of the oldest combat sports, wrestling is a great supplement to your BJJ training that allows you to dictate whether the fight takes place standing or on the ground.
We are a British Wrestling member club and we are very fortunate to have Joseph Essombe as our wrestling coach in Sheen. Former Olympian and current Female English British and African wrestler
